Quality Engineering Tech Lead

🚀 We’re Hiring | Quality Engineering Tech Lead

We’re looking for a Quality Engineering Tech Lead to take professional ownership of the Quality domain and lead a major transformation toward an Automation-First approach.

This is a key technical leadership role combining Quality strategy, Automation, AI-driven testing, and hands-on technical leadership.

🔹 Lead the Quality Engineering strategy and drive the transition from manual testing to scalable automation

🔹 Professionally lead and mentor QA Engineers in a matrix environment

🔹 Define Quality standards, methodologies, KPIs and Quality Gates across the SDLC

🔹 Lead and evolve Mobile Automation for iOS & Android applications built with React Native

🔹 Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and release processes

🔹 Leverage AI tools and practices to improve testing, automation coverage and efficiency

🔹 Stay hands-on and contribute to automation development when needed

What we’re looking for:

✔️ 5+ years of QA experience across manual & automation testing

✔️ Experience leading a transition from manual QA to automation

✔️ 1+ year in a technical leadership role

✔️ Hands-on experience with React Native – required

✔️ 2+ years with Cucumber/Gherkin or similar – required

✔️ 2+ years of Mobile Automation experience – Appium, Detox or similar

✔️ Programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java

✔️ Experience using AI tools within QA / Automation
