What the Role Includes

• :Lead and manage a software development project focused on intelligence and information exploitation

• .Deliver advanced solutions leveraging AI, software technologies, and information extraction capabilities

• .Manage multidisciplinary teams including Software Engineering, Algorithm Development, and Systems Engineering

• .Provide both technical and project leadership throughout the project lifecycle

• .Build and execute project plans, schedules, and deliverables

• .Lead projects according to ELTA's project management methodologies

• .Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors from both the defense and commercial sectors

• .Manage the project end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and customer acceptance

• .Maintain close interaction with customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

.Requirements

• :B.Sc. degree in Engineering – mandatory

• .Minimum of 3 years of project management experience

• .At least 3 years of experience leading software development projects

• .Experience working with the defense industry – significant advantage

• .Familiarity with SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar), Artificial Intelligence, Data Fusion, and Mapping technologies – advantage

• .Proven experience in information processing, computer vision, or visual analytics projects – advantage

• .High level of English – mandatory
