Key Responsibilities: • Plan, manage, and monitor IT project phases and cross-organizational implementation processes.

• Analyze data, map workflows, and optimize operational processes to support system deployment.

• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams, business units, and external integration vendors.

• Track project KPIs, ensuring milestones are delivered on time and align with system requirements.

• Streamline processes and drive system performance improvements across the organization.

Requirements: • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – Mandatory.

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, system implementation, or a closely related role – Mandatory.

• Strong analytical skills, tech-savvy mindset, and a solid understanding of information systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.

• Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and top-notch time management.

• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business users.
