Information Systems Project Manager

We are hiring an Information Systems Project Manager for one of our clients in Holon to lead a strategic, large-scale information systems project from the requirements and analysis phase through go-live and organizational implementation.

The role combines business and technological responsibility, end-to-end project ownership, and ongoing collaboration with senior management, business users, information systems teams, development teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a complex information systems project throughout its entire lifecycle.

• Build project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.

• Manage schedules, budgets, tasks, dependencies, and project risks.

• Lead business process analysis and the implementation of technological solutions.

• Work closely with senior management, stakeholders, and business users.

• Manage external software vendors and service providers.

• Coordinate development, integration, and information systems teams.

• Oversee system integrations and ensure the solution is implemented according to business requirements.

• Lead implementation processes, user training, and organizational change activities.

• Track project progress and address blockers, gaps, delays, and deviations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing information systems projects.

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-system projects.

• Experience working with business stakeholders and development teams.

• Experience analyzing and defining business processes.

• Experience implementing information systems.

• Experience managing external vendors.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Strong systems thinking, technological orientation, and the ability to drive processes without direct authority.

Significant Advantage

• Experience with CRM projects.

• Experience with contact center systems.

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.

• Experience with projects involving multiple complex integrations.

• Experience working with business partners and external software vendors.
