Senior Information Technology Manager

A large, well-established company is looking for an experienced Senior Information Technology Manager to lead its in-house Information Systems function.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with broad responsibility for the company’s core business systems, applications, BI, digital solutions and technology-driven business processes.

The role combines team leadership, ownership of enterprise systems, cross-functional project management and close collaboration with senior management and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Information Systems and Business Applications team.

• Take end-to-end ownership of the company’s core business systems, with a strong focus on SAP Business One.

• Lead the ongoing development, optimization and implementation of ERP and business applications.

• Translate business needs and operational challenges into effective technological solutions.

• Drive cross-organizational projects across ERP, BI, digital platforms, integrations and automation.

• Lead BI, reporting and management information initiatives.

• Work closely with software developers, implementation teams and external technology partners.

• Define the department’s professional roadmap and help shape the company’s Information Systems strategy.

• Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and automation to improve business processes and organizational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven managerial experience in Information Systems, Business Applications or Enterprise Applications.

• Significant hands-on experience with SAP Business One - mandatory.

• Experience leading ERP implementation, development and optimization projects.

• Strong SQL skills - mandatory.

• Experience with BI platforms and reporting tools.

• Experience managing professional teams and leading cross-functional projects.

• Strong business understanding and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on involvement.

• Experience working with software development, integrations and digital systems - a strong advantage.

• Practical experience with AI tools, automation or AI-driven business solutions - an advantage.
