Controller – Full-Time | On‑Site (Kibbutz Kfar Menachem)

Reporting to the CFO

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the accounting department and ongoing financial controls

• Preparation of financial statements and management reports

• Monitoring financial activity of subsidiaries

• Cash‑flow management

• Leading the budgeting process and ongoing budget control

• Regulatory reporting (VAT, income tax) and compliance

• Managing procurement, supplier payments, collections, and withholding tax

• Working with external stakeholders: banks, auditors, legal advisors, government bodies

• Managing payment instruments and fixed assets

• Leading financial audit processes

• Collaboration with payroll on attendance, reporting, and deductions

• Handling government grant applications and follow‑up

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting + Certified CPA (mandatory)

• Internship at a BIG4 firm (mandatory)

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Assistant Controller or Controller

• Strong knowledge of IFRS (mandatory)

• High proficiency in Hebrew and English

• Strong knowledge of IFRS – mandatory
