Dynamics 365 Project Manager & System Analyst

A leading financial company in the Center District is seeking a Dynamics 365 Project Manager & System Analyst.

Job Description:

End-to-end management and leadership of Dynamics 365 projects and interfacing systems, from the initial requirements characterization phase through to deployment (Go-Live) and full user adoption. The role involves overall responsibility for systems analysis, leading business and technological processes, and managing complex work interfaces within a large financial organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Full management of projects, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of all project phases.

• Systems Analysis & Characterization: Analyzing systems and defining business and technological requirements, from the initial characterization phase through to field implementation.

• IT Collaboration & Integration: Ongoing collaboration with a wide range of IT stakeholders, with an emphasis on creating end-to-end integrations between systems.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinating and synchronizing all parties involved in the project, including development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.

• Stakeholder Management: Working closely with internal and external clients while building relationships based on trust and long-term cooperation.

• Budget & Timeline Management: Managing budgets and schedules, including building and managing release-based work plans.

• Implementation Leadership: Leading the functional aspect of the project, including writing characterization documents (BRD/FRD), managing development and QA tasks, and handling issue resolution.

• Documentation: Ensuring comprehensive, professional documentation for all stakeholders, including clients, development teams, and parallel units.

• Go-Live & Deployment Management: Leading Go-Live processes for systems and versions, including post-launch support and user training/adoption.

• Maintenance & Continuous Improvement: Oversight of post-launch system maintenance and continuous optimization of processes and solutions.

Requirements:

• Project Management Experience: Significant experience (at least 3 years) in managing Dynamics CRM projects, including budget management, Gantt charts, systems analysis/characterization, and managing cross-functional interfaces – Mandatory.

• Hands-on Implementation: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM customization and configuration – Mandatory.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Languages: Fluent Hebrew and high-level English
