Phibro is seeking an experienced Senior PMO to support the construction and delivery of a new manufacturing facility as part of a major strategic investment project.

This position will lead project governance, integrated planning, scheduling, budget control, contractor management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful project execution from design through qualification and startup.

Requirements:

✔ bachelor's degree in engineering or science

✔ 7+ years of project/program management experience

✔ Experience with large-scale CAPEX projects

✔ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience in GMP-regulated environments – advantage
