Process Development Research Associate

NanoGhost, a biotech company that develops a novel drug delivery platform, is seeking for a highly motivated candidate for the position of Process Development Research Associate

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc level in biotechnology/chemical engineering or relevant fields.

• At least 2 years of industrial or lab experience in manufacturing process development.

• Experience with protein purification methods (TFF, Gel Filtration, Anion Exchange, Affinity) – must.

• Experience with cell cultures – must.

• Experience with drug delivery systems (liposomes, exosomes, etc.) – advantage

• Experience with expansion of cells in a bioreactor – advantage.

• Experience in immunoassays – advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to independently design and execute experiments, analyse data, and draw meaningful conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to engineer and optimize production process development of therapeutic NGs.

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to guide rational design decisions.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative technologies in NGs downstream production and purification.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate approaches into the NGs engineering workflow.

• Writing protocols, SOPs, reports.

• Report to process development manager.
