Recruitment & HR Coordinator

Job Description

• Managing and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes – from defining the position requirements with hiring managers to onboarding the employee into the organization.

• Posting job openings across various recruitment platforms and social media networks.

• Sourcing and identifying candidates through LinkedIn, databases, and additional recruitment sources.

• Supporting managers and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, while creating a positive candidate experience.

• Leading and supporting various Human Resources projects.

• Partnering in leading well-being activities and initiatives to strengthen employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Behavioral Sciences / Psychology / Sociology – mandatory.

• 3 years of experience in recruitment – mandatory.

• Experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment through social media (particularly LinkedIn) – a significant advantage.

• English proficiency – mandatory. Russian proficiency – a significant advantage.

• Strong ability to work with multiple interfaces.

Job Scope: Full-time.

Location: Haifa.
