About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and help shape the next generation of our infrastructure - including the AI agentic systems powering our platform.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

• Own key areas of our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, SecOps, DataOps, and cost optimization efforts alongside the DevOps team

• Design, automate, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure

• Build and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines, embedding DevSecOps best practices throughout

• Strengthen system observability through robust monitoring, logging, and alerting

• Manage and evolve the organization's agentic infrastructure, and support the developer experience around it

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and participate in an on-call rotation for our SaaS infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability

• Partner cross-functionally with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver infrastructure that scales with the business

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, driving automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer in a high-scale, distributed system environment

• Hands-on expertise with containerized environments and microservices - Docker and Kubernetes is a must

• Experience managing cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible

• Experience with Service Mesh technologies (Istio) and cloud networking

• Track record implementing SecOps practices and tools - cloud security, compliance certification, Zero Trust, and similar

• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Go, or Java - a strong advantage

• Solid grounding in Linux systems

• Experience managing SQL and/or NoSQL databases is a plus

• A curious, innovative mindset with the drive to learn new technologies quickly
