Production Engineer | Tel Hai, Israel

We're looking for a Production Engineer (Electrical & Electronics) to join a leading manufacturing site in Tel Hai.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end engineering support for products manufactured at the plant.

• Deliver technical support and perform engineering investigations for production lines, including wiring, sub-assemblies, test equipment, and supporting infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot manufacturing and maintenance issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

• Evaluate, test, and approve alternative electronic components.

• Update and modify electrical schematics and engineering drawings.

• Prepare engineering change instructions for production and customer service teams.

• Investigate production and field failures, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.

• Collaborate with R&D, Project Management, Product Engineering, Production Planning, and suppliers.

• Train and support production technicians on manufacturing processes and engineering requirements.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

• 2–3+ years of experience in an engineering department within a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment.

• Experience troubleshooting electronic boards and identifying technical solutions.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies and cable harnesses.

• Ability to read manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and test equipment documentation.

• Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and service-oriented.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

• Willingness to travel abroad for subcontractor training and support.

• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Native Russian – an advantage.
