Network Communications Engineer | Central Israel | Defense Sector

Mertens Malam Team is looking for a Network Communications Engineer to join a leading defense organization in Central Israel. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise communication infrastructures, support large-scale projects, and contribute to advanced network engineering initiatives in a highly professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and design tools and processes to improve enterprise communication infrastructure

Support system engineers and project managers on networking and communication engineering activities

Troubleshoot network issues and identify communication bottlenecks across enterprise infrastructure

Work with NAC, IMC, network monitoring tools, communication management platforms, and scripting

Support projects from planning through customer delivery

Provide Tier 2 technical support and administer communication systems

Install, disconnect, and manage network communication points

Develop procedures, enforce operational standards, and manage system upgrades

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a Network Communications Engineer

Certification in Networking, Engineering, or Software – mandatory

Hands-on experience with NAC

Experience supporting network monitoring and communication management tools

Fluent Hebrew and English
