Salesforce System Analyst for a leading Company! 5380

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, leading end-to-end system analysis and characterization processes.

Responsibilities

• System Analysis & HLD: Conduct comprehensive system analysis and craft High-Level Design (HLD) documents for clients.

• Business-to-Tech Translation: Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and deliver scalable solutions.

• Technical Characterization (LLD): Hands-on application and creation of Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for development and implementation teams.

• Interface Management: Define and manage complex interfaces and integrations between various organizational systems.

• Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing system support, including troubleshooting and managing complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of significant experience in system analysis and characterization specifically within Salesforce projects.

• Hands-on Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on implementation experience on the Salesforce platform.

• Integrations: Proven experience in implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

• Industry Background: Experience working within large financial institutions – Major Advantage.

• Additional CRM: Experience with MS Dynamics CRM – Advantage.

• Languages: Fluent Hebrew and high-level English.
