Director of Corporate Communications

Innoviz Technologies is a global leader in LiDAR technology. Beyond automotive, Innoviz provides off-the-shelf LiDAR solutions for defense and homeland security, intelligent traffic management, mobility, robotics, and aerial applications. Innoviz is seeking an experienced Director of Corporate Communications to lead the company’s global communications strategy and strengthen its corporate positioning. This highly strategic role will be responsible for shaping and driving Innoviz’s corporate narrative, ensuring consistency across all external communications, and enhancing the company’s visibility and reputation among media, analysts, investors, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in corporate communications within a public company environment and has a proven track record of managing media relations, executive communications, and corporate messaging in a fast-paced global organization. What will your job look like? • Develop and drive Innoviz’s corporate narrative and external communications strategy. • Ensure consistent messaging across press releases, corporate announcements, executive communications, and other external content. • Build and maintain strong relationships with business, financial, and industry media. • Partner closely with Investor Relations to align messaging for earnings, corporate milestones, and market communications. • Support and prepare executives for media interviews, speaking engagements, and public appearances. • Manage external PR agencies and other communications partners. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, IR, Legal, and executive leadership teams. • Lead reputation management and support crisis communications activities when needed.

Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or related roles in a publicly traded company - Must. • Proven experience developing corporate narratives and positioning strategies - Must. • Extensive experience working with media, journalists, and industry analysts - Must. • Experience supporting executive communications and advising senior leadership - Must. • Strong understanding of financial and corporate communications - Must. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native level or equivalent) - Must. • Experience managing external agencies and service providers - Must. • Experience in a global technology company - Advantage.
