What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage & Grow Channels: Lead our organic presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

• Podcast Ownership: Fully manage, film, and edit our podcast "שם על זה כסף". You will also step in as the host/interviewer, bringing engaging financial conversations to life.

• Video Production (In Front & Behind the Camera): Create captivating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). This includes scripting, filming, operating Green Screen setups, and performing on-camera when needed.

• High-Level Video Editing: Edit video and audio content to a premium, professional standard.

• Craft Killer Content: Write original content that drives brand awareness, attracts new customers, and builds a community that sticks around.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with R&D, HR, Sales, and Customer Support to extract stories and create marketing materials (newsletters, presentations, articles).

• Location: Tel Aviv, just 2 minutes from Hashalom train station

• Full-time, Sunday to Thursday

Requirements:

What You Should Bring to the Table:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in social media management – Mandatory.

• Native-level Hebrew (spoken and written).

• Video & Audio Production: Proven experience in video shooting, high-level editing (Premiere/Final Cut), and working with Green Screen technology – Mandatory.

• On-Camera Charisma: Comfortable being the face/voice of content, including hosting and interviewing – Mandatory.

• Copywriting: Exceptional marketing and content writing skills in both Hebrew and English – Mandatory.

• Graphic Design: Hands-on skills in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) – Mandatory.

• Fintech/Finance Familiarity: Knowledge of the finance sector – Significant Advantage.

• AI Tools: Familiarity with leading AI tools for content creation and editing – Advantage.
