Hardware Test Equipment and Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for

At our Haifa site, within the Aerospace Division, we are looking for a Hardware Engineer for development of test equipment and infrastructure systems. In this role, you will join a professional team engaged in designing hardware testing systems and infrastructures for products and aerospace systems. You will take part in all development stages — from requirements analysis and system definition, through hardware design, implementation, and integration, to the final delivery of systems to the end customer.

In this role you will

Analyze requirements and derive implementation aspects

Lead the definition, concept design, detailed design, and implementation of hardware test systems

Conduct design reviews with customers (including in English)

Prepare technical documentation, calibration procedures, and operational manuals in English

Collaborate with multiple interfaces in Israel and abroad throughout all project stages

Requirements

B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with proven hands-on experience in hardware or system design

Experience in developing automated test equipment – Advantage

Experience in electro optical testing development – Advantage

Technical military service in a 4th line maintenance unit – Advantage

Ability to manage multidisciplinary interfaces in Israel and abroad

Ability to lead multiple tasks independently

High self-learning ability

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Proven experience leading projects and managing subcontractors

Excellent English – written and verbal, including documentation and presentation skills
