החוג לחינוך בתל חי, אונ' קריית שמונה בגליל, הוא בית לסגל אקדמי מגוון ונלהב, סטודנטים עם אידאלים ואור בעיניים והוא ממוקם בקמפוס ירוק, שעושה טוב בעייניים כל בקר. החוג מחפש רכז/ת בכיר/ה - אשר בפועל מנהלים את היום יום של החוג,מתממשקים עם הסגל, עם ההנהלה וכמובן עם הסטודנטים. סביבת העבודה נעימה והבוס קצת חמוץ קלסתר אבל מנסה להיות הוגן והגון.
