As a Director of IT Operations you will be responsible for:

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure, internal systems, and business applications.

• Drive AI initiatives across the organization by identifying opportunities, implementing AI-powered solutions, and automating business processes.

• Lead complex cross-functional IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.

• Plan and execute infrastructure, cloud, and business systems migrations while minimizing operational impact.

• Own the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications, cloud services, and corporate IT environments.

• Define and implement IT standards, processes, KPIs, SLAs, and operational goals for the department.

• Evaluate, implement, and integrate new technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, HR, and other business units to deliver technology solutions that support organizational growth.

• Lead technical initiatives independently, taking full ownership from planning to execution with minimal supervision.

• Manage vendors, software platforms, licensing, and strategic technology partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing IT teams.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.

• Proven experience leading complex IT projects, enterprise system implementations, and organizational migrations.

• Experience implementing AI solutions, automation platforms, and productivity tools within an organization.

• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, internal information systems, and IT operations.

• Experience with Google Workspace, Jira, and modern SaaS platforms.

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, identity and access management, endpoint management, and enterprise IT infrastructure.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• Strong leadership, ownership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional initiatives, and manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
