CRM Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst

A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced CRM Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst to join its Capital Markets division and take part in strategic, enterprise-scale projects. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and design CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams

• Lead end-to-end system analysis processes from requirements through implementation

• Work with SQL Server databases and support complex enterprise systems Requirements: • 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a financial organization – Mandatory

• 2+ years of experience with SQL Server – Mandatory

• Proven experience managing projects – Mandatory

• Experience working with open systems and web applications – Mandatory

• Familiarity with financial systems, especially loan management systems – Advantage What We're Looking For: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
