Project Manager

A global consumer company is expanding its Product team and looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Junior Project Manager to join us!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Product and Project Management, working closely with Product Managers to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Ownership: Initiate, plan, and manage small-scale projects across various stages of the product lifecycle.

• Product Management Support: Assist Product Managers in driving execution, tracking progress, and ensuring timely milestone deliveries.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with multiple internal departments to maintain seamless execution and alignment.

• Operations & Data: Manage and maintain product SKUs and essential product data for accuracy and consistency.

• Process Optimization: Identify workflow improvements, implement new methodologies, and drive infrastructure initiatives to enhance team efficiency.

• Documentation & Tracking: Create and organize clear project documentation, follow up on action items, and ensure up-to-date tracking.

Requirements

Must-Have (Essential):

• Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, PMO, Operations, or a similar coordination role.

• Languages: Very good written and spoken English.

• Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, a proactive "hands-on" mindset, and the drive to take independent ownership.

Nice-to-Have (Advantages):

• Background or experience in the consumer goods industry – Significant Advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
