Energy Trading & Sales Manager

Enlight Renewable Energy is a leading global renewable energy platform, delivering solar, wind and energy storage projects on a scale, Listed on both Nasdaq and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

We are looking for an Energy Trading Manager for the company’s Green PPA sales, to join our Revenue and Product Development department in MENA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company’s electricity trading activities: Leading including PPAs and commercial processes with enterprise consumers.

• Responsibility for an annual trading volume of hundreds of millions ILS.

• Manage the collaboration with internal customer management, EMS and energy supply teams.

• Manage the Monthly and Quarterly reporting, controls, and performance monitoring for the company’s energy trading activities.

• Manage relationships with market partnerships, brokers, in the field of Green PPAs.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of commercial experience working with Enterprise customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in business model design and implementation of control mechanisms – preferred.

• Experience in the energy sector, particularly PPAs or Sustainability value – preferred.

• Experience as a team leader – preferred.

• Proven ability to manage commercial processes and engage with senior executives.

• Strong ability to work independently and drive processes through execution.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach.

• High level of English proficiency.

• Proficiency in Excel.
