Quality Coordinator (Maternity Leave Replacement) | Kiryat Gat 3870

A growing biotechnology company developing and manufacturing innovative raw materials for the food and dietary supplements industry is looking for a Quality Coordinator to join the team.

This is a hands-on quality role in a small, innovative company transitioning from R&D to manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Support quality activities across the production site

• Work closely with Production, R&D and Operations teams

• Manage documentation, procedures and batch release

• Handle deviations and support investigations

• Prepare for internal and external audits

Requirements:

✔ 2-5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment

✔ Experience in the food industry – strong advantage (pharma/biotech experience will also be considered)

✔ Familiarity with HACCP and/or FSSC 22000 – an advantage

✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

✔ Good English

✔ Ability to work on-site in Kiryat Gat
