About the Role

A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology projects from initiation through production deployment.

This role involves managing cross-functional projects, coordinating business and technical stakeholders, overseeing budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects from planning through production deployment.

• Build project plans, define milestones, and manage MVP deliveries.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and vendors.

• Lead steering committees, executive status meetings, and project reporting.

• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, Infrastructure, QA, Business Analysis, and Architecture.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.

• Drive project execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects.

• Experience managing technology projects within financial or banking organizations – required.

• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and governance.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong understanding of enterprise information systems and business processes.
