Site Manager - Afula

Location: Afula / Israel (On-site)

Experience: 7+ years of experience in mission critical facilities, Data Centers, or complex technical operations.

Company Description Anan Data Centers develops, owns, and operates high-density AI infrastructure purpose-built for government, defense, and institutional workloads in Israel. Our facilities are designed for security, scale, and operational resilience.

Responsibilities • Lead the daily operations of the Data Center, ensuring maximum uptime and operational excellence.

• Manage maintenance activities, preventive maintenance (PPM), and overall site housekeeping.

• Lead, mentor, and develop 24/7 technical and operations teams.

• Oversee safety procedures, Permit to Work (PTW) processes, contractors, and emergency response activities.

• Manage customer relationships, SLA performance, and day-to-day operational communications.

• Oversee site administration, technical documentation, permits, and budget-related activities.

Requirements • Proven experience managing a Mission Critical facility or Data Center.

• Experience leading technical teams in a 24/7 operational environment.

• Strong background in operations, maintenance, or facility management of complex technical facilities.

• Technical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Fluent English.

• Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents.

Nice to Have • Safety Officer certification.

• Technical or engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
