PPC Campaign Manager

About Us Converting Digital is a small, boutique performance marketing agency working with e-commerce and lead-generation clients worldwide. We are not a large agency, and this role is not part of a big corporate structure. We are intentionally small, focused, and hands-on - and we're looking for the next core person to grow with us.

The Opportunity This role is designed for a driven, hands-on performance marketer who wants to take real responsibility and grow professionally inside a boutique agency. You'll work closely with the founder and take full ownership of client accounts - from A to Z. This is not a junior role, but also not a senior corporate position. It's a role for someone who wants impact, trust, and a long-term professional home - someone who wants to do the work exceptionally well and become a key, trusted person on the team.

What You'll Be Responsible For End-to-end ownership of client accounts

Managing campaigns from strategy → execution → optimization

Running campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok.

Acting as the main point of contact for clients

Understanding client goals and translating them into performance strategy

Implementing and managing tracking (pixels, GA4, GTM, conversion tags)

Writing and optimizing ad copy (Hebrew & English)

Creating clear creative briefs for designers and video editors

Building and maintaining performance dashboards (Looker Studio)

Taking responsibility for results, communication, and delivery

Who This Role Is For ✔ At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads

✔ Comfortable using AI tools as part of the daily workflow to move faster, think smarter, and improve campaign execution, copy, creative ideas, reporting, and optimization

✔ Good communication and people skills

✔ Comfortable working in a small team with high responsibility

✔ Looking for a long-term place, not a short stop

Freelancers or side projects

Nice to Have Experience with e-commerce accounts

Basic Looker Studio / reporting experience

A long-term mindset and genuine interest in performance marketing
