Data Analyst

About The Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst to help us make sense of the rich data generated by healthcare organizations using TERP. You'll build dashboards, analyze usage patterns, surface insights for product decisions, and help our customers understand their own operational data through analytics features in the platform. On the internal side, you'll track product metrics (activation, engagement, retention), analyze feature adoption across organizations, identify bottlenecks in user workflows, and support the product team with data-driven recommendations. On the customer-facing side, you'll help design the analytics and reporting modules within TERP — giving clinic managers visibility into therapist utilization, billing trends, and patient outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who loves finding stories in data and communicating them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of data analysis experience in a SaaS or technology company

• Strong SQL skills — complex queries, window functions, CTEs, query optimization

• Experience with data visualization tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or custom dashboards)

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and scripting

• Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and communicate findings clearly

• Experience defining and tracking product metrics (activation, retention, engagement funnels)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google BigQuery, Cloud SQL, or similar cloud data platforms

• Experience building customer-facing analytics or reporting features

• Healthcare or operational analytics experience

• Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools

• Hebrew language proficiency for collaborating with customer-facing teams
