Database Administrator (DBA)

A leading company is seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) for a key role responsible for managing, operating, and supporting the organization’s database infrastructure.

Job Description:

The role includes full ownership of the organization’s database environment – setup, maintenance, operation, and ongoing support for development and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Resolving complex database issues

• Writing, managing, and optimizing complex SQL queries

• Managing and setting up SQL Server environments

• Performance tuning and troubleshooting

• Working with technical teams and business stakeholders

• Leading professional knowledge sharing within the team

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in MSSQL infrastructure administration

• Strong experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning

• Experience with Always-On

• Experience installing and upgrading SQL Server environments

• Experience in complex production issue analysis

• Experience with SSIS and SSRS

• Experience working in large enterprise environments

Position Characteristics:

• On-call duty participation

• Handling production incidents

• Availability for work outside regular hours when required

• High level of responsibility and ability to work in dynamic environments
