We create campaigns that grab attention, tell great stories, and drive real growth, whether it’s for SMBs, mid-market, or enterprise customers. We work closely with other teams to make sure our brand stands out and our product reaches the people who need it most. If you love mixing creativity with strategy and making an impact, you’ll fit right in. On your day to day You’ll own Riverside’s affiliate and performance-partnership programs end to end, across platforms like PartnerStack, Rewardful, and impact.com . You’ll recruit partners and, just as importantly, activate them, getting them live and converting quickly rather than sitting idle. You’ll build affiliate, referral, and revenue-share programs from scratch where none exist yet, then scale the ones that perform. You’ll partner with Paid Acquisition, Creative, Product, and CS to keep messaging cohesive, and you’ll own attribution and reporting across the funnel, because you know which numbers actually prove pipeline and revenue.

Requirements: What Will Make You Stand Out? • 5+ years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, or performance/channel marketing, ideally in SaaS, with a proven track record of scaling programs and moving real numbers • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms like PartnerStack, Rewardful, and impact.com , including tracking, attribution, and payouts • A bias toward partner activation, with real experience getting partners live and converting, not just signed • Strong understanding of performance marketing and how affiliate and channel decisions map to pipeline and revenue • A builder mindset and strong stakeholder management, comfortable creating programs from nothing and aligning internal teams, external partners, and platform reps around one plan • Sharp commercial sense to spot the highest-value opportunity among competing options and make the call, plus full English proficiency Bottom line?
