NOC Operator

We are looking for a motivated and technically oriented NOC Operator to join our global IT Operations team. In this role, you will monitor critical IT services, respond to incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams in a dynamic 24/6 environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to alerts from enterprise monitoring platforms.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and document incidents.

• Escalate issues according to operational procedures.

• Work closely with onsite teams, offshore support teams, and external vendors.

• Ensure availability and stability of critical IT services in a 24/6 environment.

Key Skills Required

• Strong technical orientation and passion for IT Operations.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a global team.

• Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of networking fundamentals and the OSI model.

• Knowledge of CCNA/CCNP concepts.

• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, Control-M, and AppDynamics.

• Familiarity with ticketing and incident management systems.

• Basic system diagnostics knowledge.

• Previous experience in NOC, IT Operations, or Technical Support (advantage).
