SQA Engineer

Elmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment.

Elmo Motion Control is looking for a SQA Engineer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for embedded products using C# and NUnit.

• Execute manual and automated test plans, analyze results, and report defects.

• Prepare and maintain test documentation, including STP, STD, and STR.

• Investigate, reproduce, and track software defects through resolution.

• Collaborate closely with R&D, software developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.

• Participate in test planning, design reviews, and quality improvement activities.

• Support continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and automation frameworks.

• Report to the SQA Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar degree – mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience in software testing – mandatory.

• Experience with STP and STD - mandatory.

• Minimum 4 years of experience with test automation – mandatory.

• Experience in embedded software testing - mandatory.

• Proven experience in C# programming – mandatory.

• Experience in API testing - mandatory.

• Experience with C\CPP programming -an advantage.

• Experience in NUNIT - an advantage.

• Experience with UFT Developer or similar tools - an advantage.

• Motion Control protocols (e.g. DS 402)– Significant Advantage

• Functional Safety protocols - Significant Advantage
