Lead professional business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare detailed functional specification documents

Collaborate with business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders

Support development and QA teams from requirements through implementation

Requirements

2+ years of experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional analysis

Bachelor's degree – mandatory

Experience writing detailed functional specification documents

Experience leading business processes and working with business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders

Experience in the financial, banking, or fintech industry – significant advantage
