Technical PMO - Infrastructure

We are looking for a technical, execution-driven Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional infrastructure initiatives and drive real impact across the Infrastructure and Operations groups.This role combines hands-on project leadership with ownership of building and scaling infrastructure processes, aiming to improve execution, efficiency, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Part of the Project Management team within the company’s Operations department, the Project Manager will be embedded within the Infrastructure group and work closely with team leads and management across Infrastructure, R&D, and Operations.

• The role focuses on both leading end-to-end infrastructure projects and building scalable processes that improve the efficiency, reliability, and execution of infrastructure and Deployment teams.

• The Project Manager will lead strategic and operational initiatives with a strong focus on Infrastructure domains.

• The Project Manager will play a central role in both delivering projects and shaping how Infrastructure work is executed across the organization.

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven professional with strong technical orientation, capable of operating in a complex, multi-team environment and proactively driving impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, especially within Infrastructure groups (DevOps, SRE, Deployment)

• Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and system configurations.

• Experience working with Linux OS.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end.

• Experience working closely with Infrastructure-related teams (DevOps, SRE, Deployment, Security).

• Strong execution and delivery orientation with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational and presentation skills.

• Fluent English – both verbal and written.

Advantages:

• Previous hands-on experience as SRE / DevOps / Deployment / Integration Engineer

• Experience in technical support or operational roles

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Grafana

• Client facing experience
