System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst & Project Manager to join a dynamic organization and lead end-to-end system analysis and implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis, including business process analysis and the preparation of high-level, functional, and technical specifications.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed system solutions.

• Manage cross-functional projects throughout the full project lifecycle.

• Support development teams during implementation and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Plan and execute system rollout and user adoption activities.

• Take ownership of systems after go-live, including change requests, enhancements, and issue resolution.

• Prepare project status reports and present progress updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – required.

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a Systems Analysis certification – an advantage.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Systems Analysis, including participation in the implementation of at least one new system.

• Proven experience writing complex functional and technical specifications.

• At least 1 year of experience managing projects.

• Hands-on experience with systems integration.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
