Electrical Practical Engineer

Role Description The Electrical Practical Engineer will work on-site in Rishpon in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems for BloomX’s pollination technologies. Day-to-day activities include participating in electrical design processes, preparing technical drawings and documentation, and assisting in the installation and testing of power and control systems. The role involves troubleshooting electrical issues in field and lab environments, collaborating with engineers and technicians to improve system reliability. The Electrical Practical Engineer will also support continuous optimization of equipment performance and contribute to prototype development and product improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Electrical Design and practical electricity work, including reading and creating technical schematics.

• Foundational knowledge in Electrical Engineering with the ability to support system integration and control solutions.

• Experience working with Power Distribution and Power Systems in industrial or agricultural environments.

• Hands-on approach, with the ability to perform field work, testing, and troubleshooting independently.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, agronomy, operations).

• Ability to work on-site in Rishpon and adapt to dynamic project needs;

• Willingness to travel and stay abroad for extended periods

• Experience in agri-tech or industrial automation is an advantage.
