Tech Lead

A platform reshaping how users engage with online ads and services is on the lookout for an experienced Tech Lead with at least 5 years of commercial tech leadership.

The company is building dedicated ad placements that transform how brands reach their customers, rethink sales funnels, and boost user engagement. With a focus on radical transparency and true relevance, the platform helps advertisers and publishers grow their revenue every day.

Key Responsibilities: We're looking for someone who can design and implement a complete tech strategy and infrastructure from the ground up—while still enjoying hands-on coding when quick, durable solutions are needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript.

• Experience with frontend web technologies and modern frameworks: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Angular 2+ (React.js, Vue.js – advantage).

• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases: MariaDB/MySQL, MongoDB (Redis/Aerospike – advantage).

• Linux skill set: Ubuntu, Nginx, Apache.

• Cloud computing experience with AWS: EC2, RDS, DocumentDB, DynamoDB.

• Containers and Orchestration experience: Docker, K8s, Terraform – big advantage.

• Monitoring and observability tools: Zabbix (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK – advantage).

• Release automation and CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitLab.

• Software Configuration Management tools: Jira.
