Technical Manager

We are looking for

A Technical Lead for our Aerospace division site in Haifa, to work with the US market and additional international markets.

You will lead the technical interface with key customers in the US market and the Israeli Air Force, manage multidisciplinary teams in a matrix structure, and play a pivotal role in significant aerospace defense programs. In this role you will

Interface with customers in the US market and the Israeli Air Force, with emphasis on leading platform manufacturers and end customers

Lead and manage multidisciplinary project functions in a matrix structure: hardware, software, FPGA, mechanics and more

Requirements

BSc in Electrical Engineering / Software Engineering / Systems Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering

At least 3 years of experience leading multidisciplinary projects – hardware, mechanics, software and more

Deep familiarity with head-end system architecture and military standards - advantage

Strong background in hardware / software / system development - advantage

Experience in writing requirements, design and test documents - advantage

High level of English

Ability to lead and drive teams
