Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an Infrastructure, Network & Cybersecurity Manager for a government organization in Tel Aviv

Role Overview

Lead the organization's Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Cloud teams, with overall responsibility for planning, operating, and evolving enterprise IT infrastructure. The role includes leading cross-functional technology projects, driving infrastructure modernization, and working closely with the CISO and other key business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity, and Cloud teams

• Drive enterprise infrastructure and modernization projects

• Manage day-to-day operations and strategic technology initiatives

• Collaborate with the CISO and cross-functional stakeholders

• Oversee complex on-premises and hybrid infrastructure environments

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and leading technical teams

• Hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, and domain services

• Strong networking background, including TCP/IP, Firewalls, switches, and IPSec/VPN

• Proven experience leading enterprise infrastructure projects end to end

• Experience with cloud and/or hybrid environments, including architecture or migration projects
