Head of BI Development

We are looking for a Head of BI Development & Data Services!

Join us in leading a large-scale BI & Data domain, driving end-to-end delivery of data solutions and shaping advanced analytics and AI capabilities in a complex enterprise environment.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor multiple BI & Data development teams.

• Own end-to-end delivery of BI, DWH, and data solutions- from design to production.

• Drive data integration and data flow between operational and business systems.

• Define and guide high-level architecture aligned with business needs and organizational standards.

• Lead multiple cross-organizational technology projects in parallel.

• Partner closely with business stakeholders, tech leaders, and external vendors.

• Manage priorities, roadmaps, resources, and budgets.

• Promote innovation and adoption of advanced technologies in Data & AI (including OCR and GenAI).

• Bridge business requirements with scalable, impactful data solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in BI, Data, or enterprise data solutions.

• 5+ years of managerial experience, including leadership of managers or multiple teams.

• Strong experience with DWH environments and large-scale data ecosystems.

• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional technology projects.

• Experience driving solutions from business need through implementation.

• Hands-on experience with planning, prioritization, resource management, and budgeting.

• Ability to lead senior team leads and managers, influence stakeholders, and drive execution.

• Strong decision-making, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
