Delivery Team Manager

Entrypoint is looking for a Delivery Team Manager to join our Digital Department.

This role combines people management, ownership of multiple customer projects, professional leadership of implementation teams, and a strong hands-on approach in a fast-paced technology environment.

You will serve as the central point of coordination between customers, implementation teams, Sales, and company leadership. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, leading people, and continuously improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Implementation and Delivery teams.

• Oversee multiple customer implementation projects from solution design through go-live.

• Provide professional guidance and mentorship to Project Managers and Implementation Engineers.

• Manage complex customer escalations and drive effective resolutions.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality and strong customer satisfaction.

• Manage team capacity, workload, and resource allocation across projects.

• Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

• Continuously improve Delivery methodologies, workflows, and operational processes.

• Lead AI-driven initiatives and promote the adoption of innovative technologies across the department.

• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to the team when needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Implementation, Delivery, or Professional Services roles.

• Proven experience leading an Implementation or Professional Services team (3-6 team members).

• Experience working in a Services, Integration, or Project-based company.

• Strong hands-on implementation experience with complex customer projects.

• Solid understanding of Information Systems, business processes, and enterprise software implementations.

• Experience working directly with enterprise customers.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar business platforms is an advantage.

• Broad knowledge of IT, Data, or AI technologies is a significant advantage.
