What You Will Do

As a Logistics and Shipping Coordinator, you will be a key part of our EMEA operations team, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment and shipment processes across Israel and global markets.

Detailed Description Of The Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order entry through delivery

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with warehouses, freight forwarders, and logistics partners

• Support sales teams and internal stakeholders with order status updates and operational requests

• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues in the logistics flow

• Ensure accurate execution of orders in ERP systems and maintain high data quality

• Work closely with supply chain, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure timely deliveries

• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics and shipping processes

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, shipping coordination, procurement tracking, or similar operational roles

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• High proficiency in Excel

• Experience with ERP systems (Priority ERP is an advantage)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong teamwork skills with ability to work independently

• Excellent English communication skills (additional European languages are a plus)
