What You'll Do:

• implement business solutions using monday.com

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• Build workflows, automations, dashboards, integrations, and AI-powered solutions

• Work closely with customers to understand their goals and translate them into practical solutions

• Lead implementation projects from discovery through delivery

• Learn how different businesses operate across a wide range of industries

• Continuously develop your consulting, technical, and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field - Must

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills - Must

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must

• Passion for technology, AI, automation, and business processes - Must

• Fluent Hebrew and English - Must
