Requirements: • 6+ years of development experience with backend oriantaion. • Proven experience in technical leadership or leading engineering initiatives • Hands-on mindset with the ability and willingness to actively code • Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance considerations • Experience working on user-facing systems and leading frontend developers • Experience improving engineering processes, SDLC, and development workflows • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practices • Strong communication skills and ability to lead within a cross-functional squad • Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
