Full Stack Team Lead & Project Manager | 8+ Years of Experience

🚀 We’re Hiring: Full Stack Team Lead & Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead & Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership to lead our development teams and deliver complex technology projects from end to end.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage Backend and Frontend development teams.

• Prioritize tasks, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, remove blockers, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

• Own and manage the full development lifecycle using Jira, including Backlog Management, Sprint Planning, Epics, Stories, Tasks, Dependencies, Releases, Workflows, Dashboards, and team performance tracking.

• Drive projects from requirements gathering and architecture through development, QA, production deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

• Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, customers, and key stakeholders.

• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve processes, delivery, and team performance.

• Lead technical decision-making, project planning, risk management, and dependency management.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with proven experience in technical leadership and project management.

• Strong experience leading and building high-performing development teams.

• A strong technical background in:

Backend: TypeScript and Go (Golang) are preferred, as they are the primary technologies used by the team. Experience with Java, C#, or similar backend technologies is also highly relevant.

Frontend: React

Architecture & Infrastructure: Microservices, API integrations, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD

Databases: SQL and NoSQL

You are a hands-on technical leader who can balance people management, project delivery, and technical excellence. You are comfortable making technical decisions, managing risks and dependencies, optimizing development processes, and aligning technical execution with business goals.
