We're Hiring | Technical Project Managers – Data & AI

We're looking for an experienced Development Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional Data & AI initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end Data & AI development projects and strategic initiatives

• Manage the full development lifecycle – from planning and design to delivery and implementation

• Work closely with Data Engineers, Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, BI teams, and Solution Architects

• Own project plans, timelines, priorities, backlog management, and delivery execution

• Drive Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure successful releases

• Identify risks, remove blockers, and deliver high-quality outcomes

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions

• Define and track KPIs related to delivery, quality, performance, and adoption

What we're looking for:

✅ 3–5 years of experience managing software development projects

✅ Experience working closely with engineering teams in a hands-on project management role

✅ Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and development processes

✅ Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
