Controller

We're looking for a talented Controller to join a leading financial services group and play a key role in its finance organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CPA who enjoys financial reporting, technical accounting, process improvement, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, supporting strategic financial processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and external auditors while contributing to the continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

• 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller within a corporate environment.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidated financial statements.

• Previous Big Four experience is a significant advantage.

• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is highly preferred.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under deadlines.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
