Senior Infrastructure MSSQL DBA 5435

We are looking for a talented and experienced Infrastructure DBA to join our team. In this role, you will manage, set up, maintain, and optimize our organization's database environments while providing top-tier support to our development teams and ensuring high availability and performance.

What you will do

• Solve complex database infrastructure and performance issues

• Write, manage, and optimize highly complex queries

• .Manage, configure, and deploy SQL Server environments from scratch

• Perform deep-dive fault analysis, performance tuning, and optimization

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional tech teams and business stakeholders

• Lead professional initiatives and promote knowledge sharing within the team

What you need to bring (Requirements)

• 5+ years of extensive experience in infrastructure-level MSSQL management – Must

• Proven track record in advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server Always-On Availability Group

• Experience with SQL Server installations, configurations, and version upgrades

• Strong analytical skills for investigating and resolving complex production faults

• Experience working with SSIS and SSRS

• Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments

• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
