A technology company developing advanced communication hardware for Smart Metering and IoT products is looking for a Senior RF Engineer to join its R&D team in Holon.

This is a hands-on senior role with technical ownership of the RF product lifecycle — from RF design and development through mass production, testing, and FCC/CE certification. 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Design and develop RF systems for Sub-GHz and cellular frequencies

• Perform RF simulations, circuit optimization, testing, integration, and troubleshooting

• Work with PCB layout designers to ensure optimal RF routing

• Lead FCC and CE compliance activities and certification processes

• Collaborate with Hardware, Firmware, System teams, and external partners

• Support field engineers and international partners with complex RF issues

• Guide engineering technicians and contribute to the technical direction of the RF domain 🎯 Requirements • BSc in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering

• 10+ years of proven RF development experience

• Strong experience in RF design and simulation

• Hands-on experience with Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, and other RF measurement equipment

• Strong background in Ultra-Low Power RF for battery-operated IoT and Smart Metering devices

• Experience with RF SoCs, transceivers, cellular modules, matching networks, PAs, LNAs, and filters

• Experience taking RF products from concept to mass production

• Experience defining RF production testing fixtures and procedures

• Proven experience leading FCC and CE compliance testing

• Experience in antenna design and characterization — a significant advantage

• High-level written and spoken English — essential for working with international laboratories, partners, and field teams, primarily in the US 🤝 Soft Skills Strong communication and teamwork skills, analytical and system-level thinking, independence, initiative, and the ability to mentor others and manage multiple technical tasks.
