Technical Instructor – 235018

A leading defense company is looking for a Technical Instructor to join a dynamic and impactful team!

This role includes delivering technical training on advanced defense systems to customers in Israel and around the world.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training courses on advanced defense systems.

• Develop and deliver operator and maintenance-level training programs (Level A & B).

• Create technical training materials, presentations, manuals, and learning content.

• Conduct instructor-led courses in English for international customers.

• Support customer training activities and knowledge transfer programs.

• Travel abroad for international training and customer-facing activities.

Requirements

✔ Practical Engineer in Electronics (B.Sc. Electrical Engineering – advantage)

✔ Experience training or instructing technological systems

✔ Familiarity with one or more of the following domains:

• Avionics

• Electronic Warfare (EW)

• Communication Systems

• Control & Monitoring Systems

• Command & Control Systems

✔ Excellent English skills – written and spoken (must)

✔ Strong self-learning ability, curiosity, and technical orientation

✔ Ability to present technical content to diverse audiences

Nice to Have

✔ Military technological background

✔ Experience working with international customers

✔ Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, integration, or system testing
