Maintenance Manager

TopGum is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations within our facilities. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee all maintenance activities within the facility.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide necessary training.

• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.

• Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize costs.

• Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management.

• Proven track record of effective team leadership.

• Strong knowledge of machinery and mechanical systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Experience with CMMS software is an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
